Return Policy
     You may return products sold through rockyvillage.com.Our process is simple and protects our customers. You must contact our customer service at support@rockyvillage.com to shipping any items back, and then ship the product back to us within 15 days of the invoice date. If there is any sign that the product (and/or ANY product packaging) has been used, worn, washed, or is in un-sellable condition, Rockyvillage.com will not credit you for the items; and they will be sent back to the original shipping address at your own cost. All return/exchange shipping costs will be at the responsibility of the customer. You may not return the same item twice.
