Return Policy
     You may return products sold through rockyvillage.com.Our process is simple and protects our customers. You must contact our customer service at
support@rockyvillage.com to shipping any items back, and then ship the product back to us within 15 days of the invoice date. If there is any sign that the product (and/or ANY product packaging) has been used, worn, washed, or is in un-sellable condition, Rockyvillage.com will not credit you for the items; and they will be sent back to the original shipping address at your own cost. All return/exchange shipping costs will be at the responsibility of the customer. You may not return the same item twice.

     After you place your order, you will receive follow up emails from rockyvillage.com .The confirmation email and  shipping confirmation email after your order has shipped.
